U.K. Outdid U.S. When It Came to This Year's Deals and IPOs

Bigger is better these days when it comes to initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions in the United Kingdom. This year will be remembered for mega-listings and mega-deals, according to Jasper Lawler, market analyst with CMC Markets, who sees more of the same in 2016.
